Hebei Juxin Conveyor Engineering Co., Ltd. is a China-based professional manufacturer of belt conveyors and belt conveyor idlers. Established in 1976, our company is primarily engaged in producing and marketing carrying idlers, impact idlers, training idlers, head pulleys, tail pulleys, belt conveyors and so on.
Our products have a wide variety of types and are widely used in the electric power, metallurgy, mine, coal, cement, steel, chemical, port, hydroelectric power, grain and other industries.
We have accumulated 30 years of experience in manufacturing conveyor idlers, belt conveyors, pulleys and other products. So we know well how to produce and provide stable and reliable products for our customers. In order to improve the quality of our products such as carrying idlers, return idlers and impact idlers, we have established a strict quality control system. In addition, our operation staff members have received technical training. Quality management is strictly carried out in each step from product design, through production, to final inspection. We employ a team of technical personnel and have imported advanced production equipment and quality inspection equipment. In addition, we have established a specialized CAD design center, a production and processing center and a product quality inspection center. As a result, our company received ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2003. All our idlers, pulleys and other products have received CE certification.
We not only have strict quality management, but also monitor the cost control of our products. We purchase raw materials from nearby suppliers and establish long-term supply agreements with these suppliers, which greatly lowers our transportation cost and the purchasing cost of our raw materials. In addition, we have just purchased land to build a new plant for specialized and large-scale production, which will further lower the production cost of our products. This is how we consistently provide high-quality products in a timely manner. We now export products to more than 30 countries and regions, such as Britain, Spain, South Africa, Singapore, Australia, Italy and Canada.
